Water Hyacinth (Eicchornia Crassipes) is a popular floating plant with lilac flowers and bulbous leaves. It is vigorous in warm weather and is not hardy. Water Hyacinth is suitable for tubs, small, medium and large ponds and may reach a height of up to 15cm / 6in. Water Hyacinth prefers full or part sun and doesn’t mind slow moving water.
