2) Silverthorpe Aquatics, hereafter referred to as ‘we’, reserve the right to add to, remove from or change the contents and / or conditions of this site without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

3) We reserve the right to refuse access to www.silverthorpe.co.uk, hereafter referred to as ‘our site’, and / or services at our sole discretion.

4) The contents of this site are directed only at UK and EU customers and do not apply in any other country.

5) We accept no responsibility for the contents of any other site to which you may find links on our site.

6) We do not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury that may arise from your use of our site and / or the information contained herein.

7) All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current standard rate.

8) Delivery: we use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and various couriers for larger parcels. Our aim is for you to receive your items within 5 business days of ordering, but sometimes parcels get lost in the post. If, after 1 week of ordering, you still haven’t received your items, please contact us asap so that we can investigate and resolve.

9) Returns and Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your order and / or return an item within 7 days of receiving it. All items should be returned in their original condition. If the mistake is ours, we will refund you in full including your return postage cost where applicable. If there was no error on our part, we will not refund any postage costs.

10) Payments are processed by Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to use this facility, you can use any of your debit / credit cards to pay.
