Your first visit to a new webiste can sometimes be confusing. Don't worry, you'll soon get to know the site and grow to love it! Here are a few tips to make things easier:

Scroll down to have a look at the different shop categories and also the special offers etc at the bottom of the front page.

Once you've had a look around and decide it's time to buy something, you can choose whether or not to register. If you choose to register you'll be able to log in anytime and view your orders and their status. You'll find the registration link on the left hand side of the front page, towards the bottom.

Now for the fun part - shopping! If you know what you're looking for, there is a search button in the top right-hand corner of each page. Type in either the Latin or common name, or even just part of the name.

The easiest way to browse products is to choose your categories first. To get into the shop, you can either go into any of the categories displayed on the front page, or you can click 'online shop' right at the top of the page. Let's say you use the first option. If you want to choose Water lilies, just click on the picture or the words above the picture. You'll see 'Water Lilies' about halfway down your screen. Underneath that, in small red letters, are the sub-categories: 'Potted' and 'Bare Root'. Choose one of these. Similarly, you'll see a further set of sub-categories (colours) in red letters. Now choose your colour. You'll now have a much more manageable list to look through. Categories and Sub-categories are also listed on the left-hand side of your screen.

You can click on the images to enlarge them. Where it says size / maturity there is a drop-down box where you can make a choice. Choose your quantity and click on 'add to cart'. You can keep going back and forth between the cart and further shopping as many times as you like, the items will stay in your cart until you either check out or delete them.

Wherever you are on the site, you can always navigate back to where you were by clicking on the 'breadcrumbs' words in red at the top of the page (just underneath the black bar that goes across the page). Speaking of which, the black bar contains links to every area of the site - a quick and easy way to get to where you want to be.
