Postage & Delivery

Delivery: We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and various couriers for larger parcels. You also have the option to choose courier delivery for smaller parcels if you need it fast (although this will only change the delivery time, not the dispatch time). Fastway delivers the day after dispatch (with a 93% success rate). We dispatch items within 4 business days, often a lot faster depending on which day you order (post days are Mondays - Wednesdays). However, sometimes parcels get lost in the post, so please give us the benefit of the doubt and contact us if you are concerned or haven't received your order in over a week since ordering. Upon checkout, you can leave instructions, such as 'leave with neighbour at number 5 if I'm out', but unfortunately this option is only valid if you choose a courier service for delivery (not Royal Mail).

Postage: postage & packaging is charged as follows, inclusive of VAT, in £:

Fastway Courier: £6.99 for anything up to 25kg (UK only, Islands, Highlands & Ireland are £15.28 for up to 13kg, then £17.63 for up to 25kg).
If you don't have a normal UK postcode (ie parts of Ireland), Royal Mail charges EU tariffs, so please choose EU

The system will work out the total weight of all the items you've put in your shopping cart and your postage options will be displayed accordingly.
